The Organizing Committee for the New York 7's Tournament is proud to announce that again this year, the entire Men's Premier Division, plus all division Cup Championship matches, will take place on a  state-of-the-art artificial turf field on Randall's Island.

Randall's Island Park is located in the East River below the Triboro Bridge, adjacent to East Harlem in Manhattan, the South Bronx, and Astoria, Queens. It is accessible by public and private transportation. You can use the following link to locate Randall’s Island on Google Maps

PLEASE NOTE: Due to extensive field construction, we will be using different fields than we have in the past. We expect to have several newly renovated fields available for this year's NY 7s - however, we don't know exactly which ones they will be just yet. As soon as we have more details on exact field location, it will be updated here.

Check-In on the day of the tournament starts at 7:30 A.M at the scoring tables. Because we may have have two or more main field areas we may have multiple admin/check-in/scoring tables. Your team will check in at the table that is at the same area where you are playing your pool games. ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST MATCH...

The NY 7s Tournament is a unique phenomenon in New York City - it's free to come watch!

Parking is free too. Does it get any better? So come on down for an hour or for the day - there will be non-stop rugby going on from 8:20am - 6pm. Check out the other links on the NY 7s page for information about directions, schedule, etc.

Where else in New York City can you go watch an international sporting event for free? If you're looking for a specific team to watch, you can see when and where they are playing on the schedule which will be posted at least a few days prior to the event. If you just want to get your rugby fix in, come to the Premier Field; matches will be going on there all day and  you'll have a chance to see some of the best in the game.

Sandwiches and sodas etc will be for sale, and you're welcome to bring your own and make it a late fall picnic. We'll also have a wide array of rugby gear and T shirts, sweatshirts, etc available for purchase.

So do something different this Thanksgiving weekend - come out to Randall's and watch some rugby at the New York 7s.
