NY 7s - Note about the Weather |

LATE NOV IS A COLD TIME OF YEAR IN NYC! You should note that we have had mixed luck with the weather in the past couple of years. As those teams who played at the NY 7s in the last few years can attest, the weather on the island can get windy, wet and chilly or it can be quite mild, so we strongly suggest that you bring warm clothing and dress in layers. Bear in mind that we received five inches of snow in 1989, and still held the tournament!! See an updated weather forecast for Randall's Island HERE |

Judging by the number of teams that keep coming back to our tournament, we can only assume that they enjoy the New York 7s. And we love being able to host teams from across town and across the Atlantic for what we hope is a great time both on the pitch and off. Without the teams, the tournament is nothing, so really, THANK YOU to all the teams that return year after year, as well as those brave NY 7s neophytes out there. |
