The New York Vintage Whines International Touring Old Boys Rugby Team is an international rugby team that travels abroad to compete in Old Boys Rugby Events that are held in different venues around the world.

In recent years the Whines have competed in various Old Boys events including:

1995 - Christchurch, New Zealand
1997 - Vancouver, Canada
1999 - Adelaide, Australia
2001 - Toulouse, France
2003 - Brisbane, Australia
2004 - Limerick, Ireland
2005 - San Diego, USA
2006 - Buenos Aires, Argentina

In September of 2008 we will be touring to Christchurch, NZ for the Vintage Rugby Carnival - www.vintagerugby.com

Membership on the Whines as an active player is open to all rugby players 35 years of age and older. There is no age restriction for non-playing members. Membership is open to citizens of all countries worldwide.

The New York Rugby Club Inc. does not fund any expenses associated with the Vintage Whines' participation in Vintage Rugby Carnivals. Each member of the Whines is solely responsible for payment of pro-rated Vintage Rugby Carnival entry fees and his or her uniform, lodging and transportation expenses.
