The New York Rugby Club is actively seeking relationships with sponsors across all levels of business and industry. We offer different sponsorship levels for those organizations which would like to sponsor the whole club, an individual team, or a specific event.

Sponsorship arrangements vary and can involve directly supporting the financial needs of our Club as well as supply necessary product for our activities. We can offer acknowledgement positioning on our kit (jerseys, shorts, warm-ups etc), signage at matches/tournaments, on our website, and in print promotional work. We are of course also open to all opportunities and would be excited to set up a time for you to speak with our sponsorship director to create the sponsor agreement that best serves all involved.

As a sponsor of the New York Rugby Club, you would have the opportunity to not only gain exposure to our large member and fan base, but also to the nearly 100 teams that come to the International New York 7s Tournament every November.

$20,000+ donation ($ amount can be split in cash and trade)
Orange sponsor receives:

• Logo on jerseys/shorts/warm ups/ kit bags/t-shirts/game balls etc.
(Logo placement is specific to individual sponsors’ requests)
• Banner placement at all home games
• Rights to NYRC database for promotions and offers to the NYRC rugby community via team
representative
• Inclusion as an event sponsor at premier NYRC showcases (NY 7s in Nov. and Big Apple Classic
in April)
• Banner placement at premier NYRC showcases
• Product/flyer placement in gift bags distributed to participating teams at NY 7s
• Free full acknowledgment page in NY 7s tourney program (NY PRESS 116,000 copies/3,000
distribution points in and around NYC) ($3,010 value)
• Table space for promotion at events
• Tile on event web pages (120w x 145h)

$10,000-$19,999 donation ($ amount can be split in cash and trade)
Blue sponsor receives:
• Acknowledgment banner on NYRC website (557px w x 100px h)
• Banner placement at all home games
• Rights to NYRC database for promotions and offers to the NYRC rugby community via team

• Inclusion as an event sponsor at premier NYRC showcases ( NY 7s in Nov. and Big Apple

• Free 1/2 page acknowledgment in NY 7s tourney program (NY PRESS 116,000 copies/3,000

$5,000-$9,999 donation
Green sponsor receives:
• Acknowledgement tile on NYRC website (120w x 145h)
• Inclusion as an event sponsor at premier NYRC showcases ( NY 7s in Nov. and Big Apple
Classic in April)
• Banners at events
• Product/flyer placement in gift bags distributed to participating teams at NY 7s
• Free 1/4 page acknowledgment in tourney program (NY PRESS 116,000 copies/3,000
distribution points in and around NYC) ($792 value with discounted ad rates to increase ad size.)
• Table space for promotion at events
• Tile on event web pages (120w x 145h)
• Product placement at the event
