Check-In on the day of the tournament starts at 7:30 A.M at the scoring tables. Because we may have have two or more main field areas we may have multiple admin/check-in/scoring tables. Your team will check in at the table that is at the same area where you are playing your pool games. ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST MATCH...

When you arrive on Randall's we will have signs posted and/or tournament officials available to direct you. Please follow directions on where to park and do NOT park on the sidewalk/walkways right next to the fields – tournament and ambulance staff needs to keep these areas clear, and the parks department has informed us that any cars not parked in designated lots will be towed at the owners expense.

Tournament Release Form
All teams will have been emailed a tournament release form. Please have your team-members fill one out for each side entered, (and the individual release forms for U19 teams) and bring it with you to check in. All team-members must fill out and sign the release form before they may begin to play. Tickets to the post tournament party will be distributed upon receipt of completed release forms.

The first matches kickoff at 8:20 A.M. All matches will kick off at the time and pitch scheduled on the draw before the tournament or at the completion of the previous match. Teams that are not prepared to play at the scheduled time will forfeit their match. Please note that even if a field is running behind, we have gaps built into the schedule so that it may catch up very quickly – BE READY TO PLAY AT YOUR SCHEDULED FIELD AND TIME!

We have Field Captains stationed at every field (they can be identified by their orange vests and walkie talkies) - check in with the one on the field you are about to play on at least 5 minutes before scheduled kick-off.

Those sides wishing to guarantee entrance to next year's tournament should bring a check for $250.00 USD made out to “New York Rugby Club”, which will gain you automatic entrance at this year's early registration fee.
