The Gents squared off against The Village Lions in the first game of the Old Boys tournament, despite holding the lead most of the game, the Lions scored in the closing minutes of the period and took the victory away...

We played the Connecticut Greys in the next period and came up on the short end. We play both teams again during the season and are looking forward to playing them again. A strong N.J. contingent showed up and the game featured the return of Joe Pash, fresh off his hip replacement surgery. For the first time in years, Joe bent over, may have actually touched the ground and picked up a ball. His five minutes of play showed he might just make it back onto the field again.
