Again, the Village Lions will be playing in a round robin format so there should be plenty of rugby for all. Rumors of Chris Durnan’s return have been bandied about for weeks. Kirk Miller was allegedly making every spring game, could this be the game he appears at? Where has Nick Silitch been all season? Buddy Wolfe and Jim Green are also expected as this is as close as they get to a home game.

Great turnout at the Connecticut Greys. Good rugby played all season. Let’s keep it going.

Directions from NYC are more or less...

From New York City and Long Island
Take Turnpike to Route 78 West to Route 24.
Take Route 24 West to I-287 South to Morristown
Get off at Exit 36B (Lafayette Ave).
On the exit ramp Bear right onto New Morris Ave (go back over Rte 287)
Get in to the far right hand lane
Turn right on to Ridgedale Avenue
At 3rd light turn left on to Hanover Avenue (Gas station on right, Garden Center on left)
Go through one light and the field is approximately 1/2 mile on the left in front of Mennen Arena

May 17 vs Poltroons/Michigan Old Boys (NY Friends and Family Day) at Inwood Park.

May 24 at Monmouth, Irish Touring Side, Old Boys game
